I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 0-3 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 3-9 days.

Can I return an item for a refund?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and 30 days to send it back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel it. you must cancel your order before it ships. All updates can be sent to info@activeglobaldeals.com

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at 
info@activeglobaldeals.com  If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

Are orders delivered on weekends?

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
